From July 3rd to July 10th, 2026, the Pascuales Bodyboard Pro will take over the Mexican coastline in Boca de Pascuales, Colima. Serving as STOP #4 for the Men and STOP #2 for the Junior Men, this Rising Series event is a heavy-water arena built for high performance. Playa Pascuales is internationally recognized for its raw energy, producing thick, fast, and heavy beach break barrels that reward commitment, timing, and technical execution. Please note: The Pascuales Bodyboard Pro is a mobile event dependent on ocean conditions. The exact daily running schedule and heat times will be determined by the Head Judge and Event Director based on swell forecasts. Waiting Period: July 3 – July 10, 2026 July 2: Official Athlete Check-in & Technical Briefing (Time and exact location at HQ TBA). July 3: Opening Ceremony & Official Presentation. Competition Window Opens (First call at Playa Pascuales). July 4 – July 9: Competition Days for Men (Rising Series Stop #4) and Junior Men (Rising Series Stop #2). Daily morning calls will be made at the beach and announced via official IBC social media channels. Experience the authentic local culture, food, and community events running alongside the competition. July 10 (or Final Day of Competition): Grand Finals for both divisions. Official Trophy Presentation and Closing Party at the event headquarters.

Destination: Boca de Pascuales, Colima, Mexico. Arrival (Airports): The most convenient options are Colima International Airport (CLQ) or Manzanillo International Airport (ZLO). Both provide easy access to the Pascuales area. Transportation: Private transportation services are available for athletes and teams, ensuring smooth and safe transfers to and from the event location and airports. Accommodation: The Hotel Real de Pascuales serves as the official event headquarters. Athletes booking directly through the event organization will benefit from special discounted rates (subject to limited availability). Conditions & Gear: Expect very warm tropical weather and warm water temperatures. Boardshorts and a rashguard (for sun and rash protection) are the standard gear. The Wave: Pascuales is a heavy, raw, and shallow beach break. The surf here is extremely powerful and breaks fast over sandbars, meaning strong leashes and peak physical conditioning are highly recommended.

To compete in the Pascuales Bodyboard Pro 2026, all riders must meet the following IBC World Tour regulations: IBC Membership: Competitors must hold a valid and active 2026 IBC Tour membership. Event Registration: Official online registration and entry fee payment must be completed prior to the deadline through the official IBC portal. Mandatory Check-In: All athletes must attend the official on-site check-in and technical briefing prior to the start of the event. Insurance: Comprehensive travel and sports medical insurance covering competitive bodyboarding is mandatory for all international competitors. Conduct: Athletes must strictly adhere to the IBC Rulebook, demonstrating sportsmanship and respect for the local Mexican community and environment.
