Shipping
We ship worldwide from our European fulfillment center. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.
Shipping Rates
- Europe: €5.95 (free over €75)
- Rest of World: €14.95 (free over €150)
Delivery times vary by destination (3-7 business days within Europe, 7-21 days international).
Returns
You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
