In these challenging times, the President of the Royal Federation of Surfing Morocco is saddened to announce the postponement of the IBC Morocco Bodyboard Championship, which was previously scheduled to take place from September 29th to October 8th.
The country is currently facing a difficult period due to a devastating earthquake, the likes of which we have never seen before in our nation. The current death toll stands at 2,497. In light of this tragedy, the government has canceled or postponed many upcoming events as we take the necessary time to recover.
We are open to your suggestions regarding new dates for holding the event under better conditions and with a more positive mindset.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the members of the IBC who have maintained close relations with the organizers. Please accept our deepest regret for having to make this difficult decision. Rest assured, our federation is eager to collaborate with you in the near future.
