From May 14th to 26th, the Antofagasta Bodyboard Festival World Championship lands for the twelfth time at Llacolén Beach, located south of the city of Antofagasta. This event has become the most important international sports event in northern Chile and the most anticipated on the world tour, featuring all categories, as well as points and prize money to be distributed.
This 2024 edition, presented by Escondida BHP and SQM, will once again feature parallel activities, including live music performances by national artists Zaturno and Chystemc, as well as prominent regional artists. Additionally, there will be demonstrations of emerging sports, workshops, talks, health campaigns, tourist routes, a food truck area, environmental initiatives, an entrepreneurship zone, and the Fair of Entrepreneurship, Tourism, and Social Innovation, FETURIS.
