The event will take place from May 14th to 26th at the renowned La Cúpula wave, Antofagasta, with an exciting prize of $13,000 USD up for grabs.
Known for its spectacular staging and high-standard production, the Antofagasta Bodyboard Festival is one of the most anticipated events on the IBC World Tour calendar. On this impressive stage, the world’s top Drop Knee athletes will compete for the coveted title of world champion.

The decision to hold the Drop Knee championship at the Antofagasta Bodyboard Festival was made due to the proximity of the Maldives event, which included the second and final leg of the tour. As the Maldives event was not confirmed, Drop Knee athletes decided to cancel the second leg and have the world title decided at the first leg, the Antofagasta Bodyboard Festival 2024.
