The MEN division of the South Africa Walker Bay event has been canceled—this unfortunate decision was made due to the withdrawal of sponsor support, which resulted in a significant budget shortfall. However, we are excited to redirect our efforts towards empowering the WOMEN division, ensuring an empowering an epic experience for all participants.
Please note that a separate MEN specialty event will still take place; however, the points earned in this event will not contribute to the overall standings of the IBC World Tour. This event holds significant importance as we aim to attract future sponsorships for upcoming editions. The event promoters are diligently working to secure these sponsorships, despite the prevailing economic challenges.
